Very good staff. Excellent service. Fast and took care of me quickly. Found my health issues in 15 mins and sent prescriptions to my pharmacy at the same time. Went above and beyond even though I was the last person to be checked. Their easy online check-in system is really good and you can make appointments easily and easily cancel them.

I visited velocity urgent care today due to a sudden illness of my kids, and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service they received. The check-in process was swift, and they were seen by a doctor within minutes. The facility was clean, and the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The doctor took the time to listen to all of their symptoms and thoroughly explained the treatment plan.

From start to finish a great experience. Online appointment and check in was easy to navigate. Front office staff was courteous and helpful. Nurse practitioner was through and listened to my needs and concerns. Truly appreciated this type of care especially when not feeling well to begin with.
