I went in late one evening with symptoms and tested positive for covid. After asking me where I wanted the prescriptions sent to, Chad suggested a different pharmacy, letting me know the one I chose was closing soon. He stated that one of the prescriptions was for my cough and would help me sleep that night. I took his suggestion and had him send it to his recommended pharmacy, which stayed open later, and was able to have it filled that night. I slept great! Thank you, Chad, for thinking of my comfort and being aware of the pharmacy hours. You were my hero for the day!

Michelle and her entire team at this facility are AMAZING! I wish all healthcare facilities displayed the professionalism and courtesy they do, if I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend!

Let me tell you a tale of my experience at Velocity. Now I’ve been here a few times for myself and my family and they’ve always been great but today I went because I decided it’d be a good idea to slice into my hand after helping my mom carry a mirror and proceeding to break said mirror. When I walked in and said I think I needed stitches, I was immediately yeeted into an exam room and three people came to assess me. The attention I received was awesome and Tara Spalding, my provider for this core memory making moment, was fabulous. So personable and funny and exceptional at her job. I barely felt the numbing shots and her stitch work….well, amazing hardly describes it. So in short, if you ever decide to injure yourself and need stitches, save yourself the ER visit and go to Velocity. 5 stars. They are great!!
