This Velocity is a stark difference in comparison to the location by town center. Everyone was pleasant, and the customer service was second to none. They were quick to check my daughter in and get her the prescription for her pink eye. Furthermore, my daughter left her Barbie doll behind, and they called within 20 min of us leaving letting us know she left it behind. Moral of the story: Don't judge a company by one location. The only reason I was unhappy at the town center location was because there was no receptionist to help check you in to help with the faulty kiosks.
