Excellent and professional care from the NP, Medical Assistants were also very knowledgeable as well as pleasant. The receptionist was pleasant and detailed oriented. We have been pleased with care three out of three visits. We were in and out in under the one hour. FYI this review is from an experienced PA with 27 years clinical experience including Emergency Medicine

This is my second time here. It’s very convenient and fast service never waited to long at all. The nurses and doctors are great. Only thing I don’t like is the front desk staff are very nonchalant they don’t speak to you welcome you in or anything. I think customer service is very important and if these are the people we first see coming in they set the tone for the customer’s experience. Even a hello would be better then not saying anything at all. Acknowledge the guest we already coming in there because we sick. Make us feel important.

I was there on 10/11 from about 7-9 pm with a sick kid. We were seen by Travis the NP and he was absolutely phenomenal. He talked to me (the nanny), talked to mom and even dad over the phone as both were out of town when we had to visit. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional yet down to earth. He did not make us feel rushed or uncomfortable. We were promptly given Motrin and a pedialyte popsicle. 10/10 service and I cannot thank him enough for being there to help us. Nothing is worse than having to wait with a sick child, but receiving above and beyond care makes it worth it in my book. HOWEVER, While we were there, the two younger women in the back area with the patient rooms began to fight. Not just a bicker, but a full on screaming match back and forth that my kid could hear through her AirPods. Cussing, screaming. I poked my head out to see what was going on and other parents had done the same. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, embarrassing and they should be embarrassed, screaming and cussing like that when they know there is a sick child in the next room. That is absolutely not the place and not the time for that behavior. Quite honestly if Travis was not as amazing as he was tonight, this place would not get a 5 star review from me. I hope those ladies (if they can be considered that, because they certainly did not act like ladies) get a talking to.

First time visiting. I called to see if they took my insurance; yes. All the appts online were booked, I could walk in and i did. That's the only downfall, walking in. It was a lot of people walking in, myself included and the Kiosk for me, human error. After all the checking in and payment, I received text updates, my wait was about 2 hrs11min at 0947 to been seen. However, not feeling well, it was frustrating. Good news! It did not take that long. I was seen about 1045 or so. The front desk, the nurses, the NP were all very patient, so kind-hearted and very friendly and knowledgeable. Nursing and medical is a tough business. If I ever do, hope I don't, I would visit them again. All in all, I was there about 2.5 hours. I received my paperwork and still not feeling well, I need a new note, for work, (lol) and again without hesitation, I'll pick it up at the front desk. Thank you to the staff at Velocity Urgent Care, Wards Corner for taking such great care of all my needs.
