Always gives my children and I the best care. Wait times are not long. The staff and physicians are always friendly. Update- this urgent care is still the best! Every employee I have come in to contact to is so caring, patient, empathetic and understanding. They are quick to get you in and seen to ensure you are taken care of. The physicians take their time with you to make sure all your needs are cared for and all questions are addressed. Please bare with Velocity right now as they’re switching over with Sentara. The front desk is trying to get as many people in as possible. I’ve seen it. The way the front desk maintains professionalism even during their busiest days is amazing! Thank you Velocity!!

Just got back from a visit with Kayleigh who did my check in/history/vitals portion of the visit and John PA. Both were wonderful. Extremely kind, professional and efficient. The check in process from home was nice as well. Easy to do. Made my visit quicker. Would definitely go back!
