Made appointment on-line. Was seen right at the appointment time. Diagnosed and left with a prescription in less than 30 minutes. Clean, modern facility and friendly caring staff. Would definitely recommend.

I needed physicals for my son and my daughter. Medicaid wouldn't pay for it these kind and caring ladies at the front desk made it possible for me to get physicals and get my children in school. The staff was awesome once I got my paperwork done they had my.kids in and out. They gave me resources also for in the area fir health care wonderful staff. They care. God bless them!

Five stars for medical service, three stars for billing = 4 stars. I've been to this location a couple of times for infections, was able to get in same or next day. Labwork is sent to Sentara and turnaround is prompt. As for billing: for some reason, they twice tried to bill my Medicare Supplement carrier first rather than directly billing Medicare as they're supposed to, meaning a long delay in proper payment. So if you have a primary and secondary insurance payer, make sure they have them recorded correctly.
