I have never left a review for an urgent care but Velocity deserves every star! They are so quick every single time and are so attentive to my needs. They take the time to explain what the issue is, where it comes from, and everything. I have never once had a bad experience here. They even let my boyfriend come in 5 mins after close one day and saw him and attended to his needs. They are amazing, and so clean! Love this place

I'm not much of one to leave reviews but this place deserves one. We were on vacation just down the road when our little girl got stung multiple times from a wasp and started having an allergic reaction. The ENTIRE staff was absolutely amazing from the second we walked in to when we left. There are no words to describe the kindness and compassion these people gave on top of the care they administered. I'm so grateful for everyone that helped us and cannot thank them enough for everything they did. You will definitely be in great hands with these folks.

This was the BEST Urgent Care experience I've ever had. The facility was clean and modern. The care was outstanding from start to finish. The Doctor put forth a high level of effort to deliver results. The support staff was very professional, caring and considerate of my needs. Well-key at every oportunity. GREAT JOB!!!
