I went for a simple cold/cough but their professionalism prevailed and they discovered a more serious problem. They sent me to the ER and probably saved my life. Thank you for your conscientiousness as well as your empathy during this time for me.

When I was sick for a week and couldn’t shake it I tried to make an appt with my Primary Care Physician, The clinic did not have open appointments for 2 more weeks! so I decided to hit up velocity, I have been before when I had strep and the flu. So when I went the front desk lady was super nice to me and helped me and i’m only 17 and haven’t been to a different doctor by myself before. The wait time was very short. and the Nurse practitioner and the nurse before her both cared deeply and made great conversation with me and made me feel safe! They gave me antibiotics for a sinus infection and I was better within 24-48 hours and she kept me out of school and work for a day! I love this place. Way better than my PCP.
