I ALWAYS have a good experience at Velocity Urgent Care! I love the staff there and my experience has never been negative. This location is further away from my home than others, but I’ve had such a great experience that it is worth the extra miles. I hope all that work there are treated respectfully and appreciated for their professionalism, attitude, and kindness.

Everyone was great and so friendly from the front desk to the person who took my vitals and the provider! I love that I can make an appointment online ahead of time, no long wait in a room of sick people. They also have masks available and plenty of hand sanitizer, which I love!
