Fantastic patient experience! My 3 year old fell and needed stitches. We came in Thursday around lunch time and were seen right away. When we came back for removal we waited about 20 min. Nurse Teka is such an asset to this business! She was fantastic with my son when the stitches were put in and again when they were taken out! Christina (sp?) helped take them out and she was great, also!

My family's go to urgent care when primary has no availability or it's an emergency. However they can't do imagary after 5pm as they share machines with the internal med practice across the hall... But being as Velocity Lightfoot has no x-ray access it's a take what you can get to avoid the ER LOL... As for the care level 10/10 and the doctors/nurse practitioners actually listen to parents/patients about what is going on and intuition instead of dismissing and assessing as I've run into with most urgent/emergency care facilities... Not to mention all the staff is genuinely caring and compassionate!
