Such a joy to go into a walk in clinic and be treated quickly and professionally. The save your time feature is super convenient. I always use Velocity when I need to be seen for things that do not require a visit (or a long wait to get an appointment) from my primary care provider

I chose to check in from home for an appointment time that was equal to the time it would give a few minutes and be on time; based on my location I imagine. The staff was awesome and so was the physician I saw. My situation was to obtain a referral to a specialist pertaining to my issue. Hands down a hidden gem here and an outstanding edge over patient first. In addition, its basically an extension of Sentata. That's super convenient for many. A++

My experience from selecting an appointment online to getting support with another pharmacy the next day was phenomenal. I've never had such a streamlined experience at an urgent care before, and as someone who had to self pay for this visit they are incredibly transparent with costs and services. Staff was friendly and checked in to give me updated consistently. This is the only urgent care I'll go to moving forward.
