Excellent, above and beyond. The Velocity Urgent Care team took very good care of me. They listened intently, were very empathetic, and professional. I couldn't have gone to a better facility. 5 gold stars in my book. From check-in to vitals to the attending Physician.

Kimberly NP did a great job diagnosing me with two acute issues. She was really sweet with a positive smile, and listened attentively. The medicine she prescribed has cleared everything up completely. Much appreciated!

So let me start by saying, I work in the service industry and understand the impact of good reviews. The staff was very nice. They were not rude and genuinely seemed as though they cared, which is why I gave them a 4 star. However, Your lobby guests can hear the side conversations, and the dialogue happening when you are in your room waiting for the doctor,... VERY inappropriate. Maybe they don't know that we can hear them. But please understand that I do not need to know that your momma nicknamed you "Cuchie" which is a slang term for vulva, and that Grace is out on leave because she has kidney stones. I understand work should have a balance, however, it was very loud, inappropriate and unprofessional. Again the nurses were very nice and clearly know there job. but its a little too much buddy buddy going on and not enough boss.
