This means that virtual spots aren’t available, but Velocity Urgent Care will ALWAYS take walk-in patients. So please visit your nearest Velocity Urgent Care to be seen.

Such great attitudes from the front desk to everyone we interacted with once we were being seen. Sarah made us laugh and put us at ease. Super helpful information and they really were so kind. We went on Dec 30th, so they were swamped with the influx of people getting tested for Covid. Because they were taking on the appointments of another velocity branch that had to close that day, the J Clyde branch had to stop taking walk-ins that night and a lot of people had to be walked through what their options were in light of it. Every person that walked through the door with treated with patience and kindness.

Walked right in and was seen by the nurse in less than 5 minutes. Everyone I encountered was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, from the receptionist to the physician. They all took their time with me, answered all questions and were quite thorough with testing. The entire facility was clean. The staff seemed upbeat and good spirits.The urgent care closest to my home had an hour wait time to be seen, so I was glad I remembered Velocity Urgent Care as an option. By the time I was seen, had several tests run and reviewed results with the physician at Velocity Urgent Care, I was just receiveing a call back from my neighborhood urgent care saying they could finally see me. Glad I chose Velocity. I'll definitely go back and make it my urgent care of choice.

Superb. I walked in, an absolute mess, and everything was CLEAN and quiet. Everyone was exceptionally kind (even as I was sobbing), and helped me to feel so safe.The wait was minimal and the Dr I was seen by (lovely lady) truly understands OCD. The staff really took the time to speak to me like a human, which was particularly comforting and appreciated given my vulnerable state at the time 🙂 If you find yourself in the unique position of having OCD and needing an urgent care in this area: You are in luck!!Very pleasant surprise!!!P.s. If you need treatment or info don't bother calling. For whatever reason the system just continuously loops you through the same automated options in perpetuity. However, if you just stop on in, the ladies at the front desk were kind and very attentive.

The staff was great, Kisha at the front desk was kind and acknowledged me as soon as I entered. There was an issue with my paperwork and she and Dr. Carol explained what the delay was and apologized for my wait. I received great customer service and medical care from these two. Thank you ladies!

Everyone at the facility was very nice, professional, and had really good bedside manners. The nurse I had for my visit was Lucy and she was so amazing. I mean she really is a doll and a great asset to have on your team. Not only did she take care of what I needed medically, she didn’t forget that I’m an actual person. A lot of times at doctors office i sometimes don’t feel healthcare professionals care and they are simply doing their job. I didn’t get that from her. She genuinely cares about a person’s well being! She has an amazing spirit and I was so happy to have met her. Thank you to my PA as well. She was a pure delight and I’m happy to have chosen your facility.
